HSE management during construction, commissioning and start-up of the new plant; To carry out daily supervision and management of safety standards on construction site -HSE monitoring and periodical visits on other production sites of the Company -Further HSE management of manufacturing plant operations after start-up -Leading role in HSE culture development on the new plant; HSE standards and required documentation development for start-up and further operation -To ensure fulfillment of Company HSE standards and requirements: on time trainings, PPE use, risk assessments, MOC performance, PtW issue, medical checks and so on -Proactively organize and participate in HSE risks evaluation and propose actions for risks mitigation -Lead required training son HSE matters, follow-up of safety requirements including contractors; On time accident and incident investigation, reporting and follow-up -Proceed communication with Regulatory authorities -Intercompany communication and alignment with foreign company sites and European HSE management -Quality management and ISO standards compliance and development on existing and future Russian sites of the Company |
