Responsibilities: • Answer phones and directs calls within Management Office. • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, • Type and proofread correspondence, • Log tenants requests and complaints and route information appropriately. Prepare analysis of Tenant submitted requests and complains and distribute it to the appropriate personnel, • Perform customer service in handling tenant issues (provide forms to tenants as needed, give keys and cards), • Keep Management Office filing system in order, • Office Management, develop and maintain the inventory of the Management Office supplies, • Translate correspondence between Departments, Contractors, Tenants and etc. |
