Our client is European medical devices producer company is looking for Information Technology (IT) Coordinator for Windows 7 / 8 This position will provide support to the IT Manager in the delivery and execution of all division IT requirements; ensuring high quality and timely service is provided to our internal customers. What are the outputs and deliverables? • Assists and enables the delivery of high quality IT support across the division. • Assists in the delivery and execution of IT projects, supporting key members of the project team as and when required. • Undertakes research and analysis and provides solutions to problems identified • Responds to referrals from the UK IT helpdesk within agreed Service Level agreements (SLA’s and timelines), escalates problems where required.
