Functions and responsibilities: - Workforce planning and budgeting - Recruitment - Orientation / induction - Training and development plans and execution - Career and succession planning - Performance management - Reward and recognition - Compensation and benefits management - Foreign employees’ management - Employee relations - Labor relations - Internal communication - And in general, strengthening and sustaining the engagement of all employees this position should act as the business partner of Moscow office and all sales employees in different regions.
