Обязанности

Job Role:

To support GD in all aspects of his work to make this as effective as possible.

To provide secretarial, administrative and management support to GD and assist in the co-ordination of activities and information across the Company.

Standard Responsibilities:

Provide all administrative support to GD: managing diary, appointments and arrangements

To support internal and external communications of GD

Organizing travel support

To maintain files (paper and electronic) on correspondence and important documentation

To provide translating and interpreting support on request of GD

When necessary make logistic and planning arrangements to ensure continuity

Job Requirements:

Citizenship of the Russian Federation

Registration in the city of Moscow, Moscow or Tver Oblast

University Degree

Professional experience from 1 year

English Upper-Intermediate is a must
