- Registration in full compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Registration in the staff of a foreign production company

- Direct subordination to the head of the function in the United States

Обязанности

Ensure that invoices and chargebacks are paid promptly in line with customers payment terms by contacting the customers before the due date using telephone and email.

- If invoices are not paid on or before the due date, identify the overdue and take appropriate follow up action

- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers to facilitate prompt payment and identify issues quickly

- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the other departments

- Monitor the unallocated payments and obtain remittances from customers

- Reconcile accounts with the customers

- Investigation of certain items on the ledger and liaison with the customer to resolve the issue

- Provide feedback to the Collections Manager on the status of accounts and any issues

- Provide feedback to the Credit team on reasons for non-payment to avoid blocked orders

- Understand and work on the Act of Netting to clear the accounts [#3447932#]

Опыт работы

Требования

- Relevant experience in a Collections environment

- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing in English

- Excellent customer focus and experience of dealing with large corporate customers

- Ability to persuade and influence accordingly and handle difficult customers/situations

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, plan and organize without direct supervision

- Likes to solve problems by working with other teams or on their own

- Good PC skills - SAP, Excel and Word.
