- Have strong knowledge of test automation methodologies and experience of implementing test automation best practices - Have a good technical skills (Java or any other programming language, SQL, Unix scripting) - Have an experience of non-functional testing (incl. latency & performance testing) - Have a solid understanding of application lifecycle - Have excellent interpersonal skills and fluent/upper-intermediate English - Have experience of dealing with business stakeholders on the client side - Have experience in working within a team distributed between onsite and offshore - BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant - Have excellent analytical skills - Support client-orientated approach - Support collaborative culture - Have strong teamwork skills - Take pride in your work |
