Holiday Inn Express Moscow - Sheremetyevo Airport is ideally located only 8 minutes’ walk from Sheremetyevo International Airport and from the AeroExpress Train Terminal which will take you directly to Moscow city centre in just 35 minutes every half an hour.

We are inviting the candidate for the position of GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR to join our team:

Обязанности

Your duties will include:

- To provide a friendly welcome and high-quality service over the phone and on the guests arrival to the hotel (Front Office and F&B - bar, cafe)

- To find suitable solutions to meet customers needs depending on the possibilities available at the hotel.

- To carryout all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/ check-out)

- Respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities

- Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the day shift

- Check the “room report” and keep housekeeping informed of any modifications

- To take reservations and business enquiries out of office hours.

What profile are we looking for?

- Language - English advanced

- Experience in hospitality on the position of receptionist, night auditor or supervisor

- Work experience in the international hotel company will be an advantage

- Knowledge of specialized hotel programs (Opera, Micros)

- Guest-oriented and service minded

- Diplomacy and self-control

- Well-organised

- Ability to listen and anticipate

- Smile!
