Manage necessary arrangement for visitors from Europe. Create good and stable environment in the company. Manage training plan and follow up of training. Communication with the local team and with the headquarters in Europe. Initiate and manage internal communications with employees - information board, department meetings with production people, etc. Prepare the necessary reports for local management team and for management in Europe.
