Prepare documentation for all production processes to be used by operators, technicians, shift leaders, etc. Train the team for all production processes. Support training that is done by other functions (QA Manager, Technical team, Production Manager, Shift Leaders, etc). Responsible to develop and learn new processes, to prepare documentation and to train other functions when necessary. Responsible for some development of new products if required. If other functions will be responsible for new developments then - he should be part of the team and support. Responsible to develop and improve new resins and materials (for quality improvements, for cost reduction, for efficiency improvements, etc). Responsible to update all standards of tooling, specifications of products, etc. Responsible to improve products specifications to achieve better quality, cost reduction, efficiency, etc. Responsible to support and train Supply Chain and Customer Service team for the technology and technical specifications. Responsible for technical contact with suppliers of resins, caps, etc. Be in contact with suppliers when there are quality issues. Prepare suppliers rating as part of ISO Responsible for update all specifications of hazardous materials. Prepare the necessary reports to management and to Europe. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical degree of university level in - Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering, or Plastic materials or other close engineering areas. Experience: minimum 3 years in the similar processes as Process engineer, R&D specialist, technology mgr, continuous improvement specialist etc |
