Обязанности

• Control and follow up health &safety and fire safety level and abidance of local and internal regulations

• Liaising with external contractors

• To assess and coordinate repairs, maintenance and all building related issues and assign and supervise the onsite work

• Track repair expenses and look for cost saving opportunities

• Provide trainings for staff

• Monitoring compliance with procedures

• Detecting and investigating offenses and suspicion

• Contact to police and represent H&M in case of incidents

• Implement and follow up methods for reduce the shrinkage

• Ensure a safe environment across the whole site

• Energy monitoring and optimization

• Waste management and recycling

• Control Security guards work

• Present the company in case of Authority checks

• Higher Education

• Maintenance logistic experience or equivalent

• Good knowledge of English is desirable

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Interacting with people
