• University Degree Diploma • Minimum of 1-2 years of technical support experience • Knowlege in hardware configuration, upgrade, troubleshooting, and repair (desktops, laptops, and peripherals) • Knowlege in Windows XP/7, Office 2010, and other desktop software installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and repair • Working experience in AD, user and Exchange account administration • Knowledge of networking, cabling, switching, NICs in order to troubleshoot connectivity issues • Knowledge of network and multi-function printers • Strong communication and customer service skills • Must be able to multi-task • Must work well independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment |
