• Responsible for providing and organization C&B cycle in Country: developing compensation survey analyses for all Business Units, and benchmark different job roles’ compensation Market data analysis and Salary ranges elaboration Organizing General Increase process (Merit Increase) taking into account general guidelines and manager proposals, competitive analysis Individual Salary Review support Budgeting process (Budgeting Guidelines elaboration and Data collection) Appropriate and effective communication on every stage of C&B cycle • Organize and support effective C&B routines (compensation plan administration deadlines, Group plans support) • Organization of effective cooperation with internal clients (HR BPs, Regional HR team, Function Heads, etc.) and C&B operations support for them (accurate, in time). Influence HR BPs, Regional HRs and peers in support of C&B programs and plans. • Organize the administration of benefits plan, ensuring high plan management standards and employee satisfaction • Design effective C&B programs and motivation plans that link to business strategy. • Continuously analyze and improve existing C&B programs and motivation plans that support achievement of Business Strategy Targets • Monitor, recommend and provide changes to benchmark based C&B policies; build and maintain network with relevant benchmark organizations. • Initiate, evaluate and implement vendor contracts including leading in tender process organization • Collaborate and participate in negotiation with Finance in establishing annual C&B budgeting guidelines and Business Plan calendar deadlines. • Participate in Training of HR and Line Managers on C&B principles and support Best Practices sharing process • Support Country Job evaluation approach • Develop and maintain an external C&B network. |
