- Backorders management, preparation of reports, communications with all parties involved as such supplier, customer, colleagues etc., - Orders tracking/follow-up on all deliveries (from entering to SAP to the delivery to Customer’s w/h), ensuring all deadlines are met - Preparing reports of order status, account details, duplicate account statements, process status and any such related reports. - Accelerate the orders of the customers and informing them of the status of the order or delivery. - Maintain customer data base - Preparing delivery documents for Customers, gathering documents from Customers with the necessary stamps and signatures - Daily contact with customers (providing info regarding deliveries, orders discussing etc.) - Communication with order manager regarding special requests - Providing all necessary/ requested information/ reports for sales and other departments and customers (providing info regarding deliveries, orders discussing etc.) - Working with customer requests using special communication system - Foresee the complications or delays in order processing and plan a strategic solution for overcoming them. - Design and implement new methods to improve the current customer service. |
